Thanks for asking. It's tough to decide what is just a bad day versus the new normal. I did start playing some sand volleyball again, and that was tolerable but it may be that hard court activities such as indoor volleyball and basketball are off limits in the future. That would be sad, but not the worst thing in the world. I just want to make sure there are many years of gardening in the future.El Gauchohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16123486882754116176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4380326450624241170.post-80429857289974725922013-05-22T16:36:47.858-05:002013-05-22T16:36:47.858-05:00Oh, I hope the dam holds and the water recedes. Just so much storm damage all over the country this month, it's overwhelming.

I just caught up on what I've missed, World Naked Gardening Day, beautiful visiting birds and trips and scenery; wow, you've been busy. And so good to see the spring blooms finally! too.

How is your knee recovering? I hope you're ready for gardening this summer!Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18368318730124533690noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4380326450624241170.post-28821449949056454582013-05-22T10:09:59.378-05:002013-05-22T10:09:59.378-05:00Thanks Jennifer. We're all holding our breath here.

The silver lining is due to where their house is and how it's built the worst case scenario probably just involves the basement filling with water. This would be a huge pain to deal with and repair, but at least it means (probably) that the entire house won't get washed away. It must be terrible to have to pack a few things, and go, knowing that whatever you leave behind might be destroyed. Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00116583212813729057noreply@blogger.com
