Super Cuke

This is what happens when you're not super vigilant about harvesting your cucumbers every single day.  They can get unruly....
That's one big ass cucumber.
This particular variety of cucumber is the Armenian cucumber, and has a milder cucumber flavor with edible skin that doesn't need to be peeled.

Wow! At first I thought the ruler had 'World Book of Records' printed on it. This is one pickle destined for the Guinness people. Just one or two of them would fill up all my quart jars and we'd have bread and butter pickles galore.

Johnnnnnn, please tell me you were joking about the getting caught reading my blog at work thing? Oh, no story of Rock Love is worth a notation in your Permanent File. Say it isn't so!
